Charles is extremely polite and professional. This is the second time he has worked on my garage door; the first time, 2 1/2 years ago, was to replace a spring, and this time was for a new opener. I recognized him immediately when he walked up my drive and knew I would receive good service. I appreciated he took the time to explain all the new little gadgets to me.
