We moved in the house few weeks ago. Anthony was here on time, answered all my questions, don,t pushed for equipment I don’t need, which I hate . I endet up with a new garage door but that was MY decision after his professional opinion and a good look at the door.

Fixed light on door operator. Lube and inspect door. Adjust up/down travel and force settings. Suggest another strut across bottom panel. Suggest new rollers, orb, and surge protector.

H/O said we were out there a couple months ago to service another door...she was told there was no problems with any of her other doors...she said she was told by the guy who put the door in (not A1) that the 8300...8300 (2004) opp would never need to be replaced...lol... this door had jumped cables and a bad spring as well as bad rollers someone greased them up (plastic) and they no longer spin freely so when the resi jackshaft tries to close the door and all the weight of the door is on the rollers the door drags and the motor spins the cables off the drums...I tried to explain that to the wife and all she did was talk to me like I was trying to rip her off!!! So I left the opp unplugged and explained to her that the very first time she plugs the opp back in and closes the door the cables are going to spin off the drums...she said ok that’s fine...I took pic of opp unplugged...I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m trying to rip someone off!!!!
H/O also got an estimate from Home Depot... I explained benefits of using our company and our financing...he said he needs to talk to his wife
