Was having garage door opener problems. Called around one in the afternoon and the technician was at my home by four. Diagnosed the real problem (which wasn't the opener but the garage door springs) and was prepared to fix it on the spot. In and out with a fixed door in less than two hours. Courteous, friendly and informative service from the scheduler and James K the tech. Hope I never need them again but if I do, I'll call A1 Garage Door Service.
