Aaron was very professional. My phone conversation was pleasant. They were willing to dispatch someone right away to fix a broken spring. We scheduled for the following day for my convenience. I received a text with a picture of the technician, background, and time window for arrival. He arrived at the beginning of the time window. He not only fixed the spring but recommended replacing cables, bearings, and upgraded to higher quality and safer rollers, all of this at the higher end of what I thought it would cost to replace only the spring. The additional fixes were done just for the price of the components, which were priced lower than I expected, because labor involved removing the old components anyway. I thought that was a smart option to offer up. In addition they lubed all components. In the end the door operated more smoothly. They also quoted a full garage door replacement which was surprisingly lower cost then I thought. I highly recommend Aaron. They are now my go to for anything garage door related.

Great Service Company You Can Trust

Aaron Overhead Doors may be the best service company I've ever used personally. We had an accident with one of our three garage doors that left a couple of panels damaged. We tried a couple of the bigger garage door companies first, but they couldn't match the panels from ~2004, so it meant a whole new garage door that wouldn't match the other two doors we have. This is obviously undesirable. I did a search on our brand of garage door manufacturer (Doorlink) and Aaron Overhead was a match, and so I checked with them and they said they could service that brand of garage door. So they came out and did a thorough estimate, taking the time to look at all three of my doors. They provided a low, medium, and high quote with just what I needed fixed, just what I needed fixed plus servicing some obvious deficiencies in my other two doors, and also a brand new door option. So I chose the middle quote. They ordered two new garage panels that were a perfect match, and arrived a couple of weeks later. They installed the new panels, took away the damaged ones, swapped out all 36 of the rollers on my 3 doors, adjusted the rails, added strengthening bars to the top of all 3 doors (that should have been installed originally), lubricated everything, and check all three springs tension. All for the same price as a new, non-matching door from one of the other companies. So now I have three very quiet garage doors that run nice and smooth and have a lot of life left in them. And it is a big relief to have all 3 doors still matching. It took the service person 1 hour to do all this work. He was very expert at his job and I actually had a fleeting thought that I had been overcharged a little bit from a labor perspective. But it's not his fault he is good at his job, and I know I could have never done that work. Would I rather have had someone less experienced clanking around for 4 hours trying to figure things out? No way! I tried to service my own door once and nearly lost a finger, costing me more than $500 at a med center, so... Anyway, these guys are great, their communication via email and text was stellar, they showed up on time, and were in and out in a hurry. Highly Recommend!
