1st Tech did not do such a great job... poor wiring in the control panel, not very friendly. Was not very thorough and I learned he did not do all the work to standards. He also did not provide me the manuals or serial number information for registration purposes. The 2nd technician, who came out to finish the job - Chad - did an awesome job. Redid the poorly done wiring and corrected other issues with the initial tech's work. Chad was professional, thorough, and very friendly and representative of ABC Door. I have had several garage doors installed by ABC Door and the product and quality of work was fantastic. This solid and positive past experience was a major driver for choosing ABC Door to purchase and install our gate operators. I am very satisfied with the product and final installation.
