On the day of the appointment, I received a text message, informing me of who the technician would be and providing a photo of the technician. I really appreciated knowing who to expect. Prior to the arrival of the technician, I received a call informing me that the technician was on the way and the estimated time of arrival. This was well within the scheduled time. Garage door spring broke on Saturday late afternoon with my car inside. Called a number of garage door service companies, but Action was only one who answered the phone vs requiring I leave a message. Action immediately scheduled me for service early Monday morning. Only one of the others ever called back. Sébastien arrived, reviewed the situation, prepared a quote and thoroughly explained my options. Even called the office to get clarification re his response. Agreed with the quote and he went work. 40 minutes later, new springs installed, rest of door serviced, cleaned up the area and he was on his way after explaining what he did and getting paid by credit card.
