A past customer called with an issue with the garage door not opening at times. The problem happens with the remotes and keypad on the wall. Set up an appointment that same day in the evening. The technician came over and reprogrammed new remotes to the opener and reset the opener so the keypad should work. Only charged the customer for the new universal remotes. Hopefully, this will fix the problem. The garage door looks to be in good shape
Another customer recommended to the company. A broken door that needed immediate repair tonight. Went to home and replaced Springs and rollers on the same day.
