Overall poor experience. They replaced the springs on our double garage door. The repair was successful and the new springs work well, however the actual effort from the tech was poor. We have a finished and painted garage. The tech sprayed spring lube all over our interior painted walls and over lubed the springs to the point that they dripped all over the garage floor, the exterior of the garage door while it was opening, and onto our vehicles. The exterior of our door is wood trimmed and painted. We now have spots that can’t be removed on our door and the interior walls of the garage. Very disappointed given this could have been avoided if the tech was somewhat attentive. We will not be using this company again.
