The technician was great, and he did a great job. My only complaint is that the customer service person never called me back with the time the technician was going to be there after they had to cancel previous appointment. It all worked out since I was home when the technician called to say he was on his way.

Taylor was very courteous and understanding with me. He came to my house in the time limit I was given and called me on the way. I do do not know how to rate your cost because this was the first time I had replaced a motor. It appears that he did a good job.
