We had a minor issue with a garage door in our new home (one of the "wheels" was off the track). We called AmeriServ and they were able to come out the very next day. The person that came out said that he could put it back on the track, but we discussed the state of the garage doors in general (the doors and motors are 32 yrs old) and decided that it just made sense - especially from a safety perspective - to replace them. We were not at all pressured to do this. We were given honest information and a great price that made it difficult to pass up. Looking forward to the installation! (Oh, and we used them at our old home to put in a new garage door and never had any issues! That is why we called them again!)
