Service Call: Commercial Overhead Door Issue: The door is not working, when you push the button to open and close it, it does not move. Work Completed: The technician found the problem to be the exterior stop push button, the technician replaced the exterior push button station. The technician also found an issue with the interior push button station and it also required to be changed, the technician lubricated all moving components on the door and tested multiple times to ensure safe and proper operation.
