Service Call: Worked Performed: -Removed existing hydraulic unit. -Installed old customer supplied hydraulic unit -dock not functioning correctly. -Upon further inspection after lifting dock with a forklift found main cylinder sheared off from mounting causing cylinder to push on front of dock frame and lip well in closed position. -Dock framing is rusted/bent and is unsafe for operation.
