Service Call: Commercial Overhead Door Issue: Door came crashing down and is stuck. Work performed: Removed end bearing and drilled new holes in flag. Added new wood Lags and balanced the door. Reassembled the drive chain, Reset the limits and lubricated all components of the door. Tested multiple times for safe and proper operation.
