We had a last minute problem at 630 in the evening. I called their number and was shocked that somebody would answer it in the evening. They scheduled me for service the next morning between 10 - 12. I was told they would call me when they were about a half hour away. Their technician actually did that! He easily diagnosed our problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. I was afraid we would have to wait several days to get the problem diagnosed and then have to wait for parts. I will definitely recommend Capitol City Garage Door to my friends and clients.
