Previous customer, this time they have a broken spring. I came out and replaced the pair with a new set, also servicing his door and opener.
Returned to customer because he was getting a little light on the left side of door. While we were there he had us service their little door.
Customer had a broken gear, I came out and replaced the pair with a new set, I also made adjustments to their door and opener.
Gear was worn out on this chain drive opener, I came out and replaced it with a new gear, along with adjustments to their opener and door.

Old opener was having circuit board issues and parts are no longer made for this opener, installed new Liftmaster chain drive opener.
Customer's Genie opener was having issues. Replaced adapter between rail & opener. Lubed door and rail. Ladt company that was here replaced the springs with the wrong one. But still works ok.
Customer's spring broke in his car hauler. Replaced the cables and the spring. Lubed up all the bearings.
