Replaced old door with a new Flush door & a Liftmaster opener. Also replaced the wood bucking & new trim.
These Homeowners were looking for a new and updated door and opener on their home, completed full door and opener install.
This customer had a broken spring, I removed and replaced the single spring, as well as make adjustments to the door and opener.
We removed their old wood door and opener, and installed a insulated UTD door and Liftmaster opener.
Customer was having noise issues with garage door. Came out and found tons of issues. adjusted all the following...track,force settings,spring adjustments...Rehung opener. It was just floating in pre-punch. Tuned and Lubed door. Lubed screwrail,adjusted back hang too.
Removed old Liftmaster. Installed new Liftmaster with 2 Remotes & a keyless pad. Added tension to springs,Tuned & Lubed door..
Customer backed into door. Removed old wooden door. Installed a new Insulated door. Reconnected opener to new door.
Removed old Genie motor and installed a new Liftmaster, ran all new wire and did a tune and lube on the door.
Gear on Genie garage door opener broke on customer's opener. And the reason is that another garage door company came and installed the wrong spring on her door causing that damage. Need to order Gear and when we do gear we will replace spring to get her done the right way
Customer called & said her door was not closing. After troubleshooting it was the wires on opener that had came off. Replaced lightbulbs for customer on the garage door opener & also one lightbulb in her house where she had her meds. She could not reach fixture to change lightbulb. She asked me to change it out as well.
