Safety eye issue on the two car door, lube and tune service on both doors.
Reinstalled safety eye brackets so you could see the LEDs on the front of the eyes, line and tune service
Giving a free estimate today on retainer and seal for a wayne dalton 9100 retainer and weather seal 16ft.
Put cable back on door, new bottom seal. Cleaned old sticky grease off the motor rail. Lube and tune service.
Fixed limits and lubricated all components of motor on two car door. Replaced coupler on single car door motor. New battery for keypad.
Customer installed a genie motor but did not install the safety eye
New safety eyes, customer bought liftmaster eyes and put them on his genie motor. They are not compatible.
Garage door rail was flexing. Replaced left torsion spring and added 8 foot solid one piece rail. Also removed old bottom seal and and bottom retainer and replaced with new seal. Did tune up and lubrication no extra charge.
I was able to reset the cable without taking tension off the spring line. Lube and tune and inspection.
Two lube and tunes, doors are new and in great shape. Adjusted tract on left door. Lubricated motor rails.
Spincreased force setting on up force. Replaced capacitor and it is not the issue causing open stop. If problem persists, recall and it might be board for a liftmaster ATS211x.
Possible issue with capacitor or rpm sensor in the motor. Door is slightly heavy but moves fine. Also having issues with his signal.
