Arrived to property in Murrieta and customer stated that door would not close. Found issue caused by loose cable on single garage causing cable tension monitor to turn on. Reset torsion assembly and took 1/4 turn off each spring to help with door movement, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, adjusted limits/force settings, reset light functionality to double garage, tested all safety systems and doors/operators running optimally at this time. Next recommended tune up service March 2021.
