Customer was thinking a full torsion conversion would be around 300 we are not even close- Customer has Wayne dalton foamcore w torque master with Wayne dalton I-drive gdo - also beam in garage is obstructing normal gdo cust needs jackshaft side mounted gdo- free estimate given but had to walk from this job not even close
Home has pre wire that was damaged- pulled pre wire out from wall a few feet and discovered some wire that looked like it had been chewed on by rodents- rodents love the taste of insulated wire its sweet to them- re strip wire and re attached re programmed run great-

Arrived to property in Corona for top section replacement estimate. Confirmed with customer design design of new top section, filled panel estimate form, emailed to Kymberly/Felicity and customer to receive estimate for new sections by next business day. Further inspection found springs beginning to fatigue and bottom weather seal needs replacement. Emailed estimates for new springs and weather seal. No work performed while on site and no charge to customer.
Arrived to property in Corona for presold strut and ORB installation. Installed all parts and door/operator running optimally.
Arrived to property in Corona for annual maintenance check up. Performed 25 point safety inspection found operator bracket on double garage made from punched angle and no reinforcement strut on top section on single garage. Emailed estimates for new operator reinforcement bracket and strut. Lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, tested all safety systems and doors/operators running optimally at this time minus estimated parts needed to be replaced. If return by 03-27-20 to install estimated parts, service fee to return will be waived. Next recommended tune up service February 2021.
