Our door would not activate with the several remotes we have, and Preston came promptly, diagnosed the cause quickly and we were back to normal. Additionally performed periodic maintenance including a diagnostic check which was very helpful. And reasonable in cost!

Robert came through for us in a big way. Garage door had totally stopped working, a cable was broken, and we couldn't even manually lift the door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the whole think working like new in less than an hour! Very satisfied with the great service here!

I arrived to the job site and notice the electrical motor had no 120vac power I went ahead and started troubleshooting the 120vac I also redid some connections and redid the electrical tape but had no luck the customer will call an electrician and will call us back ones the power has been restored. ti
Replaced bottom seal and retainer per customer request. Included tune up and lubrication service. Gave discount and billed per Mick.
No issues while I was at the property. Added a bit of up force on two outside doors in front. Possible interference issues with keypad. All three doors were stopping half way after we installed keypads last visit at one point. Now all doors working fine. Let them know to get ahold of us if issues persist. No charge today.
Otto and I installed 1 double glass door and 1 Liftmaster 85503 GDO.
Door has a broken belt assembly on a chamberlain b970. Will need to get part eta from chamberlain on Monday and cost for replacement. No charge for today per tech.
Programmed and sold 3 keypads, 1 remote, and replaced bad sensors. Worked on 5 doors total. Did tune up on each garage door. Recommended three struts on doors in front and replacing springs on 2 doors in back. Doors in back do not have access to inside of garage and do not have vault releases with jack shaft motors. Recommend getting springs done before they break to avoid issues in the future. All lift master motors. Three motors in front are belt drives.
Logic board on back order at least 2 weeks. Customer decided to go with new motor. Installed 85503 liftmaster motor head and included tune up and lubrication service.
Door not working. Its getting caught under the header of the opening. Will back off down limit so it doesn't catch anymore but there will be gap under door. Will need to order vinyl weatherseal to correct the door gapping issue. Today we are adding strut to top section, backing off down limit, lubricating door, and will lube cables. The weatherseal is important for Coronado as the cables have heavy rust on them from the salt air here. Cables may need replacement in future due to damage already present.
I supplied and installed 1 clopay 16x7 door and remounted existing GDO.
I comeback to install vinyl on a door that I installed last week. CHI didn't shipped vynil with the door. Job completed.
