Eric showed up late in the afternoon and was completely professional. He assessed the problem thoroughly and let me know what was needed. Safety sensor was misalligned. Realligned sensor, and added new wire nuts for good measure. Showed customer how to allign sensors, and also how to troubleshoot some basic problems. Also showed customer how safety sensors can get misalligned at any time.
