Worked on exit gate operator. Replaced the gearbox, cleaned the cover, and reset all limits. Tested it 20 times to ensure proper functionality. The entrance gate also hits the bottom too hard and the chain is too tight. Entrance gate pics will be included today as its leaking oil also and will need a gearbox as well.
Hit the motor reset, and tightened the sensor. Gearbox is still leaking.
Connected the spring, and tensioned. Also installed several customer supplied belts.
Got both gates lighter and functioning properly. Has issue with gates holding open from the fire dept switch. Will need 3 hours labor on next visit if that is the reason they are calling. Will also need new fire switch kit and 50ft of wire to eliminate possible short in the wires.
This quote is for labor to make needed adjustments to the East Exit Gate to balance the gate. Adjusted spring tension on gate to balance out door. Video on file showing gate running well and reversing as intended.
Replaced broken spring and mounting hardware on right side of entrance gate. Was broken upon arrival. Video on file shows gate balanced and working and reversing as intended with no stalling.
