Reinforced top section with a new strut, and also the second section as it was starting to buck in the close direction. Also replaced both springs, and lubricated, and serviced the entire door, and opener in laguna hills.
The homeowner called us to install an opener that he purchased.
Arrived at property in Laguna Hills to install prequoted springs. Offered to program new cars homelink and customer agreed. Installed parts, programmed homelink, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, tested all safety systems and door/operator running optimally.
Arrived on site and found door in crashed level 2 position. Customer agreed to crashed door service. Reset door in to proper position, tested and could not find original cause of failure, but did find standard plastic rollers to be worn and causing bind. Emailed estimate for new rollers. Lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware. Door and operator running optimally.
