Arrived to property in Poway and customer stated that roller stem would fall out of bottom brackets and would like estimates for new operators. Found after 25 point safety inspection cable on right side looking out out of sequence on drum causing door to be uneven. Optioned to replace corner rollers with long stem rollers and customer agreed. Reset cable to drum, installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, tested all safety systems and door/operator running optimally at this time. Next recommended tune up service April 2021. If return within 30 days to install estimated parts, service fee to return will be waived.
