Replaced bad Genie sensors causing door not to go down. Nothing was blocking sensors and they were properly aligned. Possible oversensitive with sunlight and dust. Included tune up and lubrication service. Springs are older and end bearing plates including rollers should be replaced soon. Estimate on file.
The homeowner called us because their garage door would not open. I found that the door has broken hinges and a broken spring.
Service call. 3 door needed remote programming and the duo garage needed lower limits backed off as they were hitting the floor and reversing. The right door had a wall button non responsive but after checking it may have just been a pinched wire. Customer happy and all wrapped up.
Garage door spring was not keeping cable tight enough for Jack shaft. Garage door was off track when I arrived. Recommended and replaced single torsion spring and ground out drums. Included tune up and lubrication service. Billed invoice.

Avi went with joel and found out that the capacitor on the slave gate was bad and cause the gate to stuck on any direction ,we replaced it and gate now is working no charge under warranty

Repair existing middle garage door opener and door, and I also did a tune up on left and right doors. I charged an extra $99 labor fee, to cover the tune ups done on the other 2 doors.
Arrival 1040am. Installed new ground line between DKS1812 and Miracle 1 motors. There was troubleshooting needed cause the DKS1812 was stuck open and holding. After reprogramming and testing all functions on entry system and house are working. Departure 145pm.
