Arrived to property in Rancho Bernardo and customer stated that door would close part way and come back up. Diagnosed issue down to faulty capacitor in Genie screwdrive unit. Customer also stated that they wanted to have a new keypad programmed and remotes reprogrammed as well. Customer agreed to new capacitor and Genie keypad. Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, adjusted limits/force settings, tested all safety systems and door/operator running optimally at this time. Next recommended tune up service February 2021.
