He was very knowledgeable and fast. Answered all the questions that I had and Performed Great Quality Assurance on his work. As an jet Mechanic QAing you work goes along way and he did just that. Every time I have someone one over to for a service they always leave trash or tools behind and he didn’t. Again great job and I would recommend GDM because of Travis Professionalism.

The lady on the phone said I would be charged $99 if they had to fix something and I wouldn’t the charged the $49 house call fee. I would only be charged $49 if they didn’t fix anything. The guy charged me the house call fee and $80 to fix the garage. I was charged $129 when I was only suppose to be charged $99. I do not recommend this place!!

The $99 is our normal service call fee for repair, the $49 is an assessment fee. Our technician charged you for the $49 assessment fee and the part for a total of $130, which saved you $50. Our technician also went through a range of options with you and you chose for us to complete the repair same day for you. We're sorry you feel this experience did not hit the mark but we provided professional service and saved you $50 on the repair. Robert Tagaloni was great! He came out to follow up on a previous service experience and made sure that my wall mounted opener was in working order, sprayed all the door parts and tested the door limits to ensure the door was opening to the correct height, and he made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. And it seems the door is even quieter than before!

Customer heard a bang when the door hit the car. Upon arrival one cable was off, and the opposit roller was out of the track. I could find no reason for it. Hypothesis is that perhaps the disconnect cord got caught in the roof rack, so to mitigate this we shortened the cord just long enough to reach. If problem recurrs, we will need to address. Lubicated, and serviced all remaining hardware in Santee.

Udt hollow back door no shadow lines. Lp, white. Door is heavy after all four sections were replaced. Needs new springs. Manufacturer gave us all 4 sections. So I installed all 4.
Bad gear and sprocket, replaced gear and sprocket and did a lube and tune service.
Got bottom section unstuck, popped rollers back in the tract. Lube and tune service. Some bending on bottom section and top but everything else looks good.
New motor install, lube and tune service.

Customer needs a new motor, I replaced capacitor and cleaned all connections. It's likely a bad sequencer board on an old clutch drive motor. I do not have time to install a motor today, and the garage needs to be cleared out. Customer is going to call us to schedule the install.
