The technician that came to my home name was Terry, and his customer service skills and his knowledge of explaining to me what he was needing to do to repair my garage door was far beyond exceptional. He was very professional and courteous and Garage Doors should be very proud to have this young man representing their company. My hat is off to a job well done. oooooorah!!!
