I was fearing the worst when I got a call from my wife while I was at work saying the garage door came off the track. She made an appointment with Candace who was great and said the technician will be here by 4:00 the next day. When Terry arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and knew exactly how to fix the problem. He explained how it happened and what he could do to give us many more years of trouble free use. When all was said and done (which wasn't long) we were back up and running and the door was noticeably much quieter and opened and closed better than when it was first installed. The cost was also lower than we expected for the amount of work we had done, and we felt a lot better knowing we had the work done by a skilled professional. Terry was so personable and is such an asset to "Garage Doors and More". We hope we never have to have work done on our garage but if we do, Garage doors and more will be the ones we call on. We're sure all of the techs are great but we will be asking for Terry should the need arise! Don't be afraid to give them a try. You'll be glad you did.
