Referred to the company by my brother who said trustworthy. Booking was easy and I appreciated the clarity around pricing for a spring replacement (instead of just sending out a technician to look at it and then having to have a second appointment or unknown price for a fix.) The guy who came was professional. He did upsell me to do the full review, but that was okay because I'm new to the house so it was worth it for me. Didn't aggressively upsell me on anything else, which I appreciated (made me trust the company more). Only thing I wished was better was a smaller window for service (I had to be off work for 4 hours) or some hours that are outside of work hours (like a 3 to 7 window, for instance). That's really the only reason that I put 4 instead of 5 stars. When you are a single working person, setting aside a 4 hour period can cause a hardship. I appreciated that you had Saturday hours, but unfortunately that couldn't work for me, because I had commitments on Saturdays and couldn't stay home for the full 8 hour window.
