The spring on our garage door broke & within 90 minutes of me calling Tip Top, we had someone here assessing the situation. It was determined that an entire new garage door unit was needed. An installer showed up on time on the scheduled day and within 3 1/2 hours we had our new garage door unit! The installer was very polite, he worked clean, and he showed us everything we needed to know about our new product before he left.
