The communication and service I received from American Radon was excellent. They voiced their concerns over a radon test I had previously had done and strongly suggested I have it tested again before committing to the expense of a mitigation service. I took their advice and performed their tests as instructed but being a little paranoid about possible fraud or some shady business practices, not having any experience with A.Radon up to that point, I decided to run another independent test at the same time. The results from both tests came back and were withing 1 point of each other which reassured me that A.Radon was acting ethically, (sorry for the doubt). I ordered the mitigation and the installer was on site on time, very polite and professional. He completed the installation quickly and instructed me when to do a follow up test. After the test was sent to the lab I received the results showing the mitigation system was doing what it was designed to do. My readings went from 47pCi/L down to .3pCi/L I would recommend American Radon LLC to anyone who needs to be tested or mitigation service performed.

We recently purchased a new home and the radon level tested at an 8.0 I looked around online for a good, but reasonably priced mitigation system installer. I was getting a lot of quotes around $1200 until I came across American Radon. The cost was significantly lower then other quotes. John arrived on time and did an excellent job doing the installation. He helped to pick a great place for it to where it wasn't very noticeable. I got a free test kit and the result came back at a level of 1.0 or less. Overall my experience was great and the cost is unbeatable. I highly recommend American Radon.
