The good - The repair team was friendly and on time. The work they did on my cracked floor joists was both outstanding and professional. The bad - I also had a 250 lb lentil installed over my heating ductwork which was accomplished without damaging any ductwork in a cramped crawlspace. The problem was there was a rather large hole left in the cinderblock wall after installation. That's a problem that I was left to deal with on my own. Since I am not a mason I'll have to hire someone to repair the wall. Not happy about that.

American Foundation did a terrific job on my house. They came up with a plan that seemed to address the problem of settling, but which was more simple and less expensive that other assessments. It required many piers. The crew completed the job in exactly the number of days they estimated. The crew was respectful of the house and reliably kept track of keys, locked doors, etc. I would recommend this company without reservation
