Some of the issues as identified are: there are cracks in the foundation, the need for a cs door well, needs vent wells or blocks in vents, improper supports, floor deflection (Note: renter will let you walk the interior), dry rot, improper joist sistering, improper supports. Also, may need a new culvert pipe at the entrance of the driveway or it may need to be cleaned out.
