This is no do it yourself project even for a handy person, and I was apprehensive about having a generator installed and the complexities involved. Mike Bell assured me not to worry - everything from a to z would be taken care of and it was! It was one of the best home improvement project experiences we have ever had. Professional, responsive, and what a wonderful bunch of guys working late into the night, well past dark on one evening, to get the job done according to our compressed time frame. The pricing was transparent as well, and there were absolutely no surprises. Where else do you get that type of service in today's world? This team understood they were in the customer service business not just the generator installation business, and they worked hard for these five stars I have given. Get your competitive quotes from other companies if you want, but I wouldn't choose anyone else if I had to do it all over again! And, I'm a hard grader.
