I initially waited a week and a half for a very large, well-known competitor to take a look at fixing a small crack in my windshield. They came out and the guy was gone as quickly as he came - very much a couldn’t- be-bothered attitude and said he couldn’t help me. I sat in the parking lot of work and through Google, just happened to find Advanced Auto Glass. Serena was helpful, and while they didn’t primarily service the area where I was located, she was able to see that a technician was just a short ways away that day and could fit me in... same day! I received a follow-up call several hours later to confirm someone would arrive (despite some iffy weather) and was blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of Brad who came to look at my windshield - so much so, that I called back to tell Serena that I definitely understood their BBB A-rating. Brad found one other spot that needed tending to and explained what he did and what to watch for. Forget the big guys - this place is top notch and cares for their customers.
