We were up for a routine service of our furnace. Phil, from Modern Comfort, came in and did a great job. Later that same day, an unrelated issue with our heating popped up. Phil returned that evening and fixed the issue in no time. We are very grateful for the fantastic (and quick) work that Phil did for us. We will be sure to request him specifically to come out for any future service to our HVAC.
