Mobility City was contracted by the manufacturer of our Perfect Sleep Chair to troubleshoot some issues that we have with a chair that we recently purchased. The chair was not purchased through Mobility City. We received a call the day prior to their service call from Mobility City to coordinate a time for John, their service technician to arrive. I would highly recommend this company. John was prompt, personable, professional and thorough in his diagnosis of our issues. He also took pictures of items that would concern the manufacturer with regard to the size & function of the chair. It is so refreshing to receive customer service of this caliber. Great job!!!
