Encountered cable modem service problem so I called technical support. Was put on hold for 30 minutes at which point I was cut off and told that there were technical problems and I would have to call back later. I went through this multiple times. I even tried to speak to a supervisor or manager and was put back in the same queue with the same result i.e. cut off with no ability to speak to anyone. This has happened before as well a few months ago. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
