We lost out service yesterday at 2 made a call, service electric said there were power outages in our area. Next morning still no service. Called again. Still power outages. Called back 6 hours later. Outages were clear, they checked again, and said we had no service. Finally had a repair man come out and repaired the wires. Easy job. No complaint with the repairman. Communication was terrible. Last man we talked to was very helpful, got the job done. Very disappointed.
