There was a mixup in Scheduling, it was late Friday afternoon, and our phone was acting up and not dependable. Duran managed to squeeze us in at the end of his day and he arrived within 10 minutes of my phone call. He was very professional and able to diagnose the problem and get us back in business in no time. This is the kind of service that we are used to with Service Electric. We are customers for close to 50 years!
