My cable and internet just stopped, and over the phone help wasn’t working (they were nice enough people, just couldn’t solve my problem). So, I stopped in the “store” on Avenue A and was ready to say “I’m giving up cable”. And THEN, I was assisted by the best person (I wish I knew her name)!! She knew what she was doing, she helped me SAVE MONEY on better equipment, AND on channels for which I’ve been paying and definitely don’t need!! She got me a service call the next day (my schedule did accommodate the call, but I feel she would have figured something out for me if it hadn’t). I could focus on the fact that someone from service electric could have notified me already that I had obsolete equipment (the gateway box), and should switch to the newer, better stuff (TiVo); however, this woman was so great, she will be my focus ... and the single handed reason I’m keeping cable (for now, anyway)! And the service guy who came to my house (John) was helpful and VERY nice. I chose average on the last one below because it took a good deal of useless phone time (including being on hold for 31 mins, only to have to call back) before stopping in (which was only convenient for me because it’s near my place of employment). And then I feel I was lucky to get this particular woman to help me ... the three excellents are pretty much because of her ...
