AC not cooling. Replaced filter and cleaned outdoor coil for full air flow. System could be slightly overcharged. None of the electric heaters were on. Lowered blower speed and checked temperatures and pressures. Temperature drop is about 17 degrees. System appears to be operating normally at this time. Tenant will monitor for any changes in operation.
