Jonathan found the leak and was done in less than an hour - also added a new shut off valve as the old one was about to give out - appreciate his proactive attitude which saved a future disaster

Replaced laundry faucet plus other repairs
Repaired toilet leaking at gasket and fixed leak on bidet
Repaired pressure vacuum breaker on irrigation system
Removed toilet and flipped upside down in order to remove blockage due to children’s toys
