Had a problem with our senior heat pump system. McAllister promptly answered our call and sent a technician over. Juarbe Juan quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. During his inspection he also found a small drainage issue that was also corrected. Afterwards, he explained what was done and why before presenting a (I felt) reasonable bill for the service. A great job all around.
