Had a problem with our senior heat pump system. McAllister promptly answered our call and sent a technician over. Juarbe Juan quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. During his inspection he also found a small drainage issue that was also corrected. Afterwards, he explained what was done and why before presenting a (I felt) reasonable bill for the service. A great job all around.

From start to finish, during an emergency on one of the hottest days of the season, Dave and Manni were awesome. They were clean, respectful, they worked in the intense heat, explained everything in detail on what they found, repaired, and confirmed the repair.
