My family and I are so grateful to McAllister for coming out and fixing our heat. The furnace suddenly died and the prospect of no heat in the middle of winter was a scary one. Juan from McAllister came out a few hours after our initial call and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the part was not in and had to be ordered for the next day. It was a cold night with no heat but they promised it would be fixed the next day and it surely was. A receptionist called early in the morning to confirm and Tom and another technician who’s name I did not catch came out and worked diligently for three hours to fix the problem. Tom and his partner were both courteous and hardworking. We are happily enjoying our “like new” furnace. Thank you so much for your time and effort Tom!
