Upon arrival customer stated that the out door fan was making a weird humming noise like it was off balance. System is operating just as it should and the system is level. She also stated one room wasn't as cold as the others found the vent only half way open so I opened it all the way and the system is operating properly at this time
Upon arrival customer stated that the lights flickered and and the system wasnt cooling then was told to turn the system off. When she turned the system back on this morning it's been running and cooling fine since. Pressures look good got a 22 temp drop across the coil. All ac operations are operating properly at this time.
Performed precision AC tune up. Checked operating refrigerant pressures to ensure peak performance and efficiency. Tested power distribution system and corresponding starting components. Verified proper zoning operations and damper motor response. Checked primary drain to ensure no obstructions. Used alkaline treatment to reduce bacterial growth within lines. Replaced existing media filter 20x25. Checked temperature differential across indoor coil within target range. Air Purification system was currently due for UV replacement cartridge to restore Air Purifier to working order. Replaced UV bulb accordingly with customer approval with 36 month rating on replacement. Otherwise all checks are good at this time. System is currently operating within desirable specifications. Applied $25 referral discount to invoice balance.
Performed precision AC tune up. Checked operating refrigerant pressures. Found system low on refrigerant. Determined this was result of leak present inside evaporator coil upstairs. Preferred to add refrigerant and make corrections at later time. Adjusted refrigerant charge accordingly to ensure peak performance and efficiency. Tested power distribution system and corresponding starting components. Verified proper amp draw; optimal. Used alkaline treatment to reduce bacterial growth within primary drain line. Washed outdoor coils thoroughly to maintain heat rejection. System currently operating to best of its ability with existing condition. Provided 10% price reduction for military/first responder discount on additional refrigerant
Performed precision AC tune up. Checked operating refrigerant pressures to ensure peak performance and efficiency. Tested power distribution system and corresponding starting components. Verified proper amp draw; optimal. Checked temperature differential across indoor coil. Washed outdoor coils thoroughly to maintain heat rejection. Purged drain line to clear lines. Used alkaline treatment to reduce bacterial growth within lines. Tested zoning control and zoning motor response. System operating within desirable specifications. All checks are good at this time. Replaced media filter 20x25
Preformed a quality AC tune up on one system that we did not install. No media foltervto replace, no air purification or surge protection to inspect. Discussed repairs with the customer. System is operating at this time.
Returned to evaluate system cooling operations. Condenser shutting off intermitently; customer got home yesterday evening and outdoor unit was not turning on but indoor fan / equipment was running. Adjusted refrigerant charge to ensure peak performance and efficiency. Ran system in cooling for extended period of time. Indoor temp went from 76 ambient to 72 degrees. If issue only presents itself in the evening, we might not be able to recreate scenario during the heat of the day. Everything checks out system is currently operating properly at this time
Upon arrival customer mentioned system wasnt cooling properly intermittently. Found fan left continously on at thermostat which was why equipment in attic wouldn't turn off. System started up cooling without issues. Checked operating refrigerant pressures. Verified zoning response and damper motors are opening properly. Tested power distribution system and corresponding starting components. Compressor pulling somewhat high amperage during start up. Start assist kit is recommended to alleviate excessive amperage. Otherwise system was found to be fully operational at this time. Unwired zoning motors to eliminate variables per customer request. Suspect low pressure switch intermittently was tripping due too improperly zoned single stage system. Recommend replacing filters to reduce airflow restrictions.
Performed 2 spring tune up. Checked all electrical components, checked refrigerant pressures. Water washed condenser coil. Checked drain line that is clear and free flowing added pan treatment. All operations checked out okay at this time.
No cool. Found failed motor for outdoor equipment. Replaced motor and tested. Serviced ac system while here. Power distribution is all within 1 yr old. Refrigerant levels are at manufacturers specifications. Drain is clear at this time. Water washed outdoor equipment. Equipment is operating at this time.
Performed 3 spring maintenance. checked all electrical such as, capacitor, contactor, disconnect, checked refrigerant pressures, thermostat, blower motor and add pan tabs to the system drain. all operations checked out OK at this time. Water washed condenser coil.
Performed ac maintenance. Found system in working condition. All electrical components working properly. Pressures and temperature good. System is working at this time.
Preformed a quality assurance check on one system that we just installed. System looks great nice clean install. No issues at this time system is operating properly.
Preformed a quality prepaid AC tune up on one system that we installed. Media filter is in good condition. No air purification or surge protection to inspect. All AC operations are operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival found system low on refrigerant. Indoor coils had begun to freeze as result of refrigerant loss. Performed leak check on coils without results. Found refrigerant oil around service valve and plastic caps that weren't sealing properly. Replaced with locking refrigerant caps accordingly. Recharged system to adequate levels. Returning next week to follow up and confirm whether system is holding refrigerant or continues to leak. Compressor has been strained due too loss of refrigerant and lack of lubrication when system was low on refrigerant. System is cooling properly at this time.
