I was extremely pleased with the men (Jared, Will, Roger, Kevin, Max) who installed my furnace. They were polite, hard working, respectful and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and answered my questions. They left the work space very clean. I am so thankful for a job well done! I would like to become a Wilcox customer for both oil and propane. Kevin and Max explained everything to me. Max said it would extend my warranty on the furnace to 3 years for all parts and labor instead of just 1 year. I also would get .10 off each gallon of propane. Given the experience I had, I would very much like to continue working with Wilcox Fuel. Sherry Leone
