Before we committed to the project - we had a chance to meet with all the owners and engineers/planners who would be kicking things off. The team is professional as well as warm and friendly. We were guided in our design by Kristie U, who helped us choose a phenomenal backsplash and cabinet style. She was super responsive whenever we ran into design questions throughout the process. Our sales representative, Amy M. did a beautiful job making sure we understood expectations as far as contract, cost and timeline. Thanks AMY!! Our superstar was Project Manager Todd James, who kept the project completely on pace and communicated with us nearly every day. He is well-organized, super professional and made the process fun. When we had concerns, he was quick to respond, and totally approachable. Thanks Todd for being a quick problem-solver and for making our experience top-notch!! The work crews did a lovely job - not one of them let us down, and we are so proud of how our downstairs renovation turned out!! Thanks DFW - we would highly recommend you to anyone looking for home improvements big or small.
