We had our deck built through Down Home construction this past week. From the moment we called to schedule a quote to the day of completion we had a perfect experience. We were met with nothing but professionalism and great communication. Everything is taken care of for you! Just sit back and watch your dream come to life. Cesar met with us at our home around our schedule. He wasn’t pressuring or pushy about anything. He gave straight information and even drew up multiple plans and multiple quotes for us. Everything was discussed in advance and throughout the process. No surprises! The permits are taken care of and even the HOA process too! The deck was started and completed in under a week! The guys that came we’re very professional and nice while here. They cleaned up every ounce of materials throughout the process. When they were digging the deck poles they hit a sprinkler line and the guy even came back and repaired it! (Something that we knew could happen but was stated that was not their responsibility) We were impressed that they made the effort to correct the problem before proceeding. Overall great experience, great communication and a beautiful deck! Very satisfied customers over here!!
